1st day of school for Annie!!

She had this outfit in mind (ever since she got it) for the 1st day of school.
We have been having a bit of a time with this little beauty!!! She hasn't been sleeping well, which means she is grumpy during the day. It has been awful. Mostly for her. We had a massive thunder storm (in the middle of the night) about a month ago and she was ter-i-fied. The storm was so bad that she has been asking multiple times a day whether it is going to storm. I didn't know how we were going to get thru it. We tried everything we could think of to to avail. So, needless to say we were so happy when school and ballet started up again. She has been going for a week now and the last 2 nights she has slept all night long!!! We are definately keeping our fingers crossed, but we hope that this was all that she needed. Maybe getting back into a more regular schedule is just the ticket. Maybe going to school and ballet are just enough to keep her mind from being a "weather watcher". I don't know but I hope for her sake, and ours that she keeps it up.
All that being said....SHE LOVES SCHOOL!!! AND BALLET!!! She knows which days she goes and from the moment we wake up she is wanting to go. Too bad for her, that it is usually 3 hours after she wakes up:) Believe me, that it can make for a REALLY long 3 hours.
We are so proud of this little girl. She is so talented, smart, funny, beautiful, and just such a joy! She is a great big sister to Hawkins and he adores her. We all do...it's hard not to. We are so happy that she is getting to get back to 2 things that she loves so much!
